Sessions are designed to be FUN and ENERGIZING workouts that will cost you much less than a personal/small group training session, all while getting the same level of professional attention. All sessions are lead by our certified trainers/coaches.
LARGE GROUP TRAINING (BOOT CAMP): These intense METABOLIC workouts are total body circuits designed to push participants to new levels of fitness, all while making participants look and feel better inside and out. Utilizing many forms of training, large group sessions focus on continued total body challenges. By utilizing multiple joint movements that MAXIMIZE the calories burned through increased metabolic and anaerobic response, the body is forced to constantly adapt and change for the better. This is the KEY to losing body fat and achieving desired RESULTS!!! Sessions are led by Stacy Buster.

Boot Camp-to-Go: 2 sessions/month plus a home fitness program: $60/month
STRENGTH & BALANCE: Whether you’ve joined other fitness sessions or are trying it out for the 1st time, you can customize this session to meet your individual needs. Improve your strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in an easy-to-follow workout that meets the needs of virtually anyone, especially the senior citizen. This low impact format will keep your heart healthy and keep you feeling great. Session is led by Jen Moslener.
Drop in: $15
STRENGTH & BALANCE ADVANCED: Higher level, faster paced session than the Tuesday session, designed to target the entire body. Session led by Jen Moslener.
CREW: This is a core-cardio-resistance-endurance workout that will get your blood pumping after a long day. Sessions led by Jennifer Houck.
