Stacy Buster

I am the founder/owner of FIT U Training 360. I grew up in San Diego moving to West Texas during high school. I decided to attend Texas Tech with the intent to become a Physical Therapist. Having always loved sports and fitness-based activities, I decided to change my major two years into college. In 1987, I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in biology. My desire to work in cardiac rehab led me to pursue my nursing license.

I became an RN in 1992 and worked in cardiac rehab for years before moving to Southern Maryland. This career choice allowed me to use both my college degree and my RN. When we first moved here, I worked at the local hospital as well as home health as an RN. In 2004, I started working at a local gym as a personal trainer, and eventually became the director of training. Realizing the need for something other than a basic gym here in SoMD, I had the vision for FIT U. I set out to develop a fitness and performance-based facility, which has since turned into more than I could have ever imagined back in 2011.

My husband Alan and I moved to St Mary's in January 2000 with our 3 daughters, Emily, Erin and Morgan(twins). Our girls all played travel soccer. The twins are in college and the oldest has graduated and works at FIT U. I love watching sports, especially soccer and football. I am also a huge animal lover, with a huge soft spot for dogs. We have three of our own rescued pups!! I enjoy vacations at the lake, boating, hiking, and working out with all the different "toys" I have at my disposal within FIT U. My favorite pastime, though, is spending time with my family

My philosophy regarding training: No matter the age, everyone is an athlete. Everyone has the ability to achieve their best, it just takes consistency and determination. Show up, do the work and always do your best!!

Jen Moslener

This quote by Betty Friedan reflects my philosophy of fostering fitness and strength for clients of all ages.

My credentials include a BS in Accounting from Widener University , CPT with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified MVe Pilates Chair Instructor. I have 18 years of experience coaching youth soccer, volleyball and gymnastics.

My current focus is working with older adults to achieve optimal health and fitness. I specialize in modifying exercises to meet each client's unique challenges. My holistic approach includes fun memory games, balance, fall prevention, and strength training that optimize travel experiences and the performance of everyday activities as well as improving everyday fitness.

I offer both group and individual exercise classes that increase functional fitness, socialization, and comraderie in a fun setting. In addition, I offer on-line individual sessions for personal attention and convenience.

In my personal life, I enjoy running, biking, and spending time with my husband Brandt and two amazing daughters, Emily and Kate. Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Maryland in 2000 when my husband was stationed at Patuxent River NAS. After leaving Maryland in 2004 for a second tour in Maine, we returned to Maryland in 2006.

Anthony Cucinotta

My name is Anthony Cucinotta, I show up. I listen.

My passion for fitness goes back to when to just after high school. I began my training career graduating from CSM (College of SOMD) with my Associates degree, accepting a six-month internship at Fit U, which lead me into my final college years. I worked at a local Powerhouse Fitness while in school at Salisbury University, where I graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise Science at the top of my class. I continue my career today with Fit U Training alongside the best team I could possibly imagine.

I hold my training certification through ACSM, and am currently pursuing my Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification with an emphasis in fantasy football (Go Eagles!). I have trained three Powerlifting Meet Champions, with hopes of getting many more under my belt.

My goal by the end of your workout is to make you want to punch me, and that's fine as long as you keep your core tight! I have trained a range of clients, including weekend warriors, desk jockeys and the elderly. My passion for fitness involves getting people to do more than they would do naturally, lighting a fire underneath them and inspiring them to excel. I believe exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and I truly enjoy helping people. I am confident that an inner athlete lives inside everyone, and it’s my job to motivate clients to unlock their physical potential. This is not a nine-to-five job, but I love it, even though sometimes I just want to give it all up and become a handsome billionaire.

Robyn Baumann

I was raised in Northern California outside of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I grew up camping, hiking, snowboarding and getting dirty. I’m still a fan of a little dirt on me! I love my family, kids,clients, being outside, cooking, doing things that scare the crap out me, and copious amount of wine.

Not in that particular order.

I went to UNLV and majored in Anthropology and the fine art of poker. Somewhere along the journey I went to massage school in Sacramento. I taught Yoga many moons ago and coached club and high school volleyball. I received my certification from NASM a few years ago and have loved training!

Windy Taff

I have an ASFA certification in Mixed Martial Arts for Group and Individual Fitness. I love teaching striking and conditioning to launch your fitness into the stratosphere!

I was boxing at age 14 and kickboxing by 19. I was doing MMA by the time I had kids because...AAAAHHHH KIDS! I've been instructing MMA for the last five years.

Athletics was my passion growing up, and I did gymnastics, volleyball, softball and weight lifting. Marriage and motherhood made me less active, though, and before i knew it, I was 230 pounds. I knew that a return to exercise and real food were the only way back to a healthy life.

Philosophy: Exercise should be FUN first and foremost! My job is to get you to laugh, move, and enjoy your BEST life, all while mastering the ability to throat punch!

I'm a Taurus who loves bugs and humidity with what can only be described as an "eclectic" taste in workout music. Sorry. (Not sorry).

Emily

Emily Buster

I'm an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and I specialize in working with kids, as well as Speed and Agility.

I graduated from Salisbury University in May 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science as well as a Minor in Athletic Coaching. I turned my speed and agility internship working with kids into a job after college, keeping me in Salisbury until I decided to return home. I work mainly with kids because being almost 25 and telling someone who is a parent/elder what to do just seems odd!

Fun Facts:

I’m an active lazy individual as I’ve played sports (mainly soccer) all my life, but also love to sit on the couch and do nothing. I’m an avid animal lover, particularly dogs as I am a dog mom. Still, elephants are my favorite animal and specific pinks are my favorite color. Snow is pretty and all, if I don’t have to go out in it, but I’d rather be in the sun by water relaxing.

My fitness philosophy:

You get what you put out. Get the form down right before adding weight, you prevent injury. And let’s be real, no one likes to be injured or sidelined because well…it stinks.

Charity Ayre

I am a trained and certified USPA Powerlifting Coach. I am also a Class 1 lifter and state record holder in my weight class. I actively compete in regional USPA and APA Powerlifting meets in the Open RAW division.

I specialize in developing individualized strength programs for athletes; whether for new lifters looking for proper form, or for seasoned lifters looking to diversify their training methodologies. While my programs focus primarily around the three main lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), I incorporate variety and accessory movements to create well rounded fitness plans.

I started training at FIT U over four years ago, which has led to my passion for fitness and pursuit of powerlifting. I am excited to join FIT U’s stable of training professionals. I am most thrilled to help others achieve their fitness goals and to Make Southern Maryland Strong Again.

Victoria Clover

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been working Southern Maryland since 2011. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at the College of Southern Maryland in 2007. I specialize in preventative care and rehabilitation massage for everyone from the seasoned athlete to the weekend warrior. I’m very excited to be joining the Fit U team and look forward to continually being able to give my clients personalized care and attention.
